SERAJ NOOR TOOS also known as SNT, is a joint venture company with TYC, to
manufacture Automotive head lamps, tail lamps and side mirrors for domestic automakers.
By combination of %60 Iranian and %40 TYC shareholder; SERAJ NOOR TOOS is one of the
major supplier of Iranian automakers such as Iran Khodro, SAIPA, PARS Khodro.

SNT QC
SNT Quality Control
Quality control department performs set of procedures to ensure customers receive products free from any defects.
All procedures verified by SAPCO and Sazegostar .
Some common methods used in QC are:
1.statistics process control ( spc)
2.six gamma
Also, all control activities are performed at 3 stages:
1. Incoming parts and raw material
2. Semi manufactured
3. Products

Manufacturing
Injection Unit
Injection processes are performed by thermoplastic and thermoset injection machines. Also, molds are designed and manufactured at TYC.
Equipments
• Automatic coating robot
• UV/IR base coat curing equipment
• Plasma Vacuum System
Aluminum coating
The coating processes are performed in clean rooms class 10000 and have several stages.
The most important are under, aluminum and top coating. Under coating perform on reflectors to increase the quality of aluminum layer, also top coating performs to protect aluminum layer from corrosion.
Anti-scratch
The anti-scratch coating is applied on lenses surfaces; it helps to prevent minor scratches that can easily happen to lens. These minor scratches can damage the surface of the lens and impair optical clarity, An anti-scratch coating acts as a protective layer thus making the lenses more chemical resistance, durable and safe.

Assembly Lines
All parts such as bulbs, Leveling Actuators, Wiring harnessese , semifinished
products are installed on these lines. These lines are equipped
with Semi-Automatic Robots, Photometric and Cut-off inspection
devices and leakage testers.

Also, this department utilizes automotive parts manufacturers Quality management systems,
IATF16949 and ISO2008-9000 standards, to provide the Quality Guarantee for Products.
So on, our engineering experts utilize CAD/CAE and statistical softwares to accomplish the product/process design & control and R&D Activities.
Engineering department activities starts from beginning of a project, in this regard.
This unit utilizes engineering experts, CAD, CAE softwares and engineering methods to accomplish the product design processes.
Also, this department utilizes automotive parts manufacturers Quality management systems, IATF16949 and ISO9000-2008 standards, to provide the Quality Guarantee for Products.
